At Future US, Inc. ("Future"), we are excited to be working with Nintendo of America Inc.
("Nintendo") to provide you with NPower magazine and the NPower website located at
www.nintendopower.com. We are committed
to protecting the personal information you provide to us and have drafted this privacy policy
to explain our data collection practices. Your use of this website is subject to this NPower
Statement of Privacy ("Privacy Policy") so please carefully read the complete privacy statement.
Occasionally, Future may revise and update this Privacy Policy. Please check back from time to
time to ensure that you are aware of any changes to our privacy practices. If we make a material
change to this Privacy Policy, we will post a notice of the change on this web site.
Personal Information Collected.
We may collect personal information about you such as your first and last name, physical address,
email address, phone number, and credit card number (collectively, the "Personal Information") so
that we can provide you with the services you request such as NPower updates, participation in our
forums and registration for various sweepstakes or contests. When you subscribe to NPower magazine
your Personal Information will be collected by our trusted outside fulfillment company and that
company will use that information to fulfill your subscription request. Please note that the Personal
Information you provide to us when you sign-up for NPower will be shared with Nintendo, so that it
can continue to serve you as a Nintendo customer. Such Personal Information will be handled by
Nintendo in accordance with its privacy policy located at
http://www.nintendo.com/privacy.
Use of Personal Information.
In addition to the above, we may use your Personal Information for the following primary purposes:
- To help us create and deliver content relevant to you.
- To alert you to special offers, updated information and other services.
- To help us determine if any modifications need to be made to our publications or with respect to our subscriptions.
- To contact you regarding participation in a reader survey.
In addition to our outside fulfillment company, we may occasionally share your Personal Information
with trusted third parties we hire to provide limited services on our behalf such as packaging,
mailing and delivering Nintendo Power magazine, answering customer questions about products or services,
and sending postal mail. We will only provide such third party companies with the limited Personal
Information they need to deliver such services. All such third parties are prohibited from using that
information for any other purpose.
We will disclose your Personal Information, without notice, only if required to do so by law or in the
good faith belief that such action is necessary to:
- conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on us;
- protect and defend our rights or property; or
- act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of any of our websites, or the public.
Control of Your Personal Information.
Your Personal Information provided for a magazine subscription is handled and controlled by our outside
fulfillment company. If you have any questions about your Personal Information or wish to change or

Security of Your Personal Information.
Our trusted subscription fulfillment company has technical, administrative, and physical security measures in place
to protect your Personal Information from unauthorized access and improper use. They also review security procedures
periodically to consider appropriate new technology and updated methods. But, despite our best efforts, no security
measure is ever perfect or impenetrable.
Special Notification with Respect to Children's Privacy
(Users under the Age of 13).
Future complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 ("COPPA"). In accordance with COPPA
regulations, we DO NOT:
- Request or knowingly collect personally identifiable online or offline information from users under
13 years of age without their parents' or legal guardians' permission;
- Knowingly use or share personal information from children under 13 years of age with third parties
without the permission of such child's parent or legal guardian;
- Give children the ability to publicly post or otherwise distribute their Personal Information; or
- Entice children with the prospect of a special game, prize or other activity to divulge more personal
information than is needed to participate in the activity.
This website is designed to only collect Personal Information from individuals who are 13 years of age
or older. Any users under 13 who try to register are screened via an online age check that uses cookies.
Use of Cookies.

alert you when cookies are being sent. However, some areas will not function properly if you do so. There

advertiser's privacy policies and not the terms of this Privacy Policy.

to their own privacy policies, not this one. Advertisers or other companies do not have access to Future cookies.
IP Addresses.
An Internet Protocol ("IP") address is a unique string of numbers that is assigned to your computer
by your Internet Service Provider. Web servers automatically identify your computer by its IP address.
We will use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer this website.
Your IP address also may be used to gather broad demographic information. Your IP address is not tied
to any of your Personal Information.
Non US Visitors.
This Privacy Policy is intended to meet the laws and requirements of the United States. If you are
visiting this website from outside the United States, any information you provide will be treated
in accordance with the laws of the United States or, if the law in jurisdiction does not permit you
