Q - What is Nintendo Power Magazine?
A - Nintendo Power Magazine is the premier source of previews, sneak peeks and strategy straight from the pros. Every issue brings you game ratings, secret codes, short cuts, "cheats," maps, moves and much, much more. Nintendo Power is the only magazine that keeps you in the game and helps you stay alive!

Q - Who is the publisher of Nintendo Power?
A - Effective with the December 2007 issue, Future US is the current publisher of Nintendo Power. Future US is a leading publisher of special-interest magazine and websites and one of the fastest-growing media companies in the US. Q - How many times a year is Nintendo Power published?
A - Nintendo Power is now published 13 times per year (Jan-Dec, plus a Holiday issue which comes out between December & January). Throughout the year we may release additional special issues i.e.: Codebooks, Buyer's Guides, etc. These are available only on newsstand and are not part of our subscription rate.

Q - My "original" subscription with Nintendo Power was for a term of 36 months. How many issues will I receive?
A - Please be assured that Future US, Inc. will fulfill all remaining copies in your subscription term. In other words, if you have 36 months to go on your existing subscription, Future US will serve you those remaining 36 issues.

Q - Why is pricing higher for Canadian orders vs. those offered to residents of the US?
A - In order to cover our production costs, Future US will charge $27.95 US for subscriptions shipping to Canada, differing slightly from the previously charged $27.95 CND. We understand that our new pricing is slightly different from the price previously charged by Nintendo Power. We have revised our pricing on future promotions to reflect our shipping charges. Please be advised the new rate will only apply to new or renewal orders, and not existing orders. Also, by subscribing you are still saving over 53% off the newsstand cover price.

Q - I'm a first time subscriber. When will my first issue arrive?
A - If this is your first time subscribing to Nintendo Power Magazine, your first issue is shipped via US Mail at the periodicals rate and can take up to 4-6 weeks for delivery. Canadian residents, your first issue may take from 6-8 weeks for delivery.

Q - My Nintendo Power Magazine arrived damaged. How can I receive a replacement issue?
A - If your recent issue of Nintendo Power magazine arrived damaged, email nintendocustserv@cdsfulfillment.com to report a damaged issue. A replacement issue will be sent via First Class Mail and may take up to 14 days to arrive.

Q - I am a subscriber. How can I access my subscription account information?

Q - How are games rated for content?
A - The ESRB or Entertainment Software Rating Board evaluates each game's content and assigns a specific rating to reflect the appropriate age group for each individual game. A full listing of these ratings can be found at the ESRB website: http://www.esrb.org.
